Terms of the first-batch reservation

1. Who we are

ctalk.fan and the CTALK product are operated by SideQuest LLC, 8581 Santa Monica Boulevard, Unit 314, West Hollywood, CA 90069 (“we”, “CTALK”). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

2. What the deposit is

CTALK is a pre-launch product. The $50.00 USD first-batch deposit is a refundable reservation, not a purchase. It reserves a numbered spot in the first 324 pairs, is applied in full to the purchase price when the glasses ship, and locks the $50/month financing price displayed when you paid. Spot numbers are assigned in order of completed deposits.

3. Refunds

The deposit is refundable in full at any time before your glasses ship, for any reason, per our refund policy. If we do not ship, all deposits are refunded automatically.

4. What the deposit does not do

It does not obligate you to buy. It does not guarantee a ship date. Specifications, pricing, financing terms and HSA/FSA eligibility shown on the site are targets and may change; if a change is material you may cancel for a full refund.

5. One deposit per person

One first-batch spot per email address. Duplicate deposits are refunded.

6. Waitlist and referrals

Waitlist positions and referral rewards are promotional and may be adjusted to prevent abuse. Joining the waitlist places no obligation on you or on us.
